Work With Me

I'm taking expressions of interest from businesses of 1 to 50 people who want to implement AI and work with me to do it.

Last financial year AI added close to 50% to my revenue, and my productivity is still going up by the day. That didn't come from one tool. It came from working out where AI actually fits in a business and teaching myself to use it well. I want to do the same inside yours.

How it would work

It's staged, and deliberately simple. I run a workshop with your key people, up to 10 or 12 of them. Then I sit down with you and work out who to start with. From there it's a staged implementation: teaching people how to use AI in their actual roles and helping them keep getting better at it.

I'm not going to pretend I have every detail of the offer locked down yet. I'd rather shape it with the first few businesses than invent it in a vacuum. What I can tell you is what I'm aiming for: around 20% more output per person inside the first month, and closer to 40 to 50% by three months. Those are the numbers I've seen in my own work, and they compound fast across a team.
