Privacy policy.

I only collect what you type into a form on this site, plus anonymous visit statistics. I use it to reply to you, book your call and tell you about workshops you asked to hear about. I don't sell it, and I don't share it with anyone except the services below that make the site work.

This site is run by Tim Davies, Clare Valley, South Australia. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

When you book a call or get in touch: your name, email, business name, how many people work in the business, the time you picked and anything you write in the message box.

When you register for a workshop or register interest: your name, email and the workshop you picked, plus whether you ticked the box to get emails from me.

With every form: the country your connection comes from, and a Cloudflare security check that confirms a person, not a bot, sent it. I don't keep your IP address.

When you visit: Google Analytics records anonymous information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and how you found the site. It uses cookies to do this.

In your own browser: library features like Save for later, highlights and reading history are stored only on your device (browser local storage). They never reach me, and clearing your browser data removes them.

• To reply to you and to book and run the call you asked for.
• To tell you about a workshop date when you've registered for it.
• To send occasional emails, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the site.

These services store or process information on my behalf. Some of them keep data outside Australia.

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form entries and runs the security check on forms.
• Google runs my calendar and email. When you book a call, the site checks my calendar for free times, adds the call with a Google Meet link and invites you, and emails me your details. Google Analytics also runs through Google.
• MailerLite holds the workshop and email lists.

I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't use it for advertising profiles.

The booking system connects to my own Google account ([email protected]) only. It reads free and busy times on my calendar, creates call events, and sends notification emails from my account. It never asks for or reads your Google account.

This site's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar and email data is used only to book calls and send booking emails. It isn't shared with anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Form entries are kept while they're useful for working with you, and deleted on request. Email list details stay until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics' standard period.

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything I hold about you. Email [email protected] and I'll sort it out within 30 days.

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
